Our Services

Attendant Care

This is a service that provides necessary support for the consumer/member whom requires help on a daily basis in order to complete daily tasks. Tasks may include; dressing, bathing, preparing a meal, cleaning, washing, shopping for meals, and meal preparation. This service also provides necessary support for the consumer/member to participate in work or community activities. Support may be needed at the members’ home or in the community and is based on the need of each individual.

Habilitation

(formerly known as Habilitation Masters) Habilitation are self-help skills taught in steps to develop more independence and confidence. This includes a variety of methods such as; Special Development Skills, Behavior Intervention, Sensory and Motor Development Skills. All which are designed to maximize the functioning of persons with developmental disabilities.

Respite

This is a service that provides hourly care and supervision to the member based on their individual support plan (ISP). The idea of respite care is to give the caregiver, parent, or guardian “a breather” of sorts on a daily basis if needed. This service can be provided in the members’ household or in the direct care workers home.

Adult Developmental Home

Designed to provide support to an adult with developmental disabilities who cannot live with his/her own family. These adults are placed by the Arizona Department of Economic Security’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) along with strong family involvement to ensure that the adult is receiving the specialized care he/she needs. Adults placed by DDD are usually long term because there is typically a need for a permanent home. The Adult Development Home program specifically places adults, ages 18 years and older that have been diagnosed with a developmental disability.

Child Developmental Home

This provides parenting to a child with developmental disabilities who cannot live with his/her own family. These children are placed by the Arizona Department of Economic Security’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and can be temporary or long term. The case plan for many of these children is reunification with their biological family or adoption. The Child Developmental Home program specifically places children, ages 0 to 18 years of age that have been diagnosed with a developmental disability.
